PROJECT ATLASCREATOR COMMAND CENTER

Recording links and version history

Draft edits retain earlier content, video references, source moments and captured approval decisions in your isolated workspace, including drafts in Trash. Up to 50 earlier content versions and 500 decision events are retained per beta draft; limits stop further edits rather than removing history. Exports include these records. Historical approvals do not approve later edits. Snapshots retain references, not copies of video bytes. Deleting stored media leaves those references in history; pinned links will not open a replacement recording. External video URLs remain controlled by their providers and can change or disappear. Version capture begins with the next edit; earlier overwritten content cannot be reconstructed.

Privacy & beta details

ATLAS is an early creator workspace operated by its owner. Applications collect your signed-in email, creator name, channel reference, and workflow description. The owner reviews applications and beta feedback. Application details may also be sent to the dedicated ATLAS inbox using AgentMail, an external email provider, once server email delivery is configured. Notifications do not grant access.

Your workspace

Draft titles, captions, media references, review states, and decision timestamps are stored in hosted storage under your signed-in identity. Other creators cannot access these records. The operator controls the hosting system and can administer stored data; this is not end-to-end encrypted storage.

YouTube connection privacy & terms

When owner application setup is complete and you choose to connect, ATLAS uses YouTube API Services to identify your authorized channel and retrieve current channel information and YouTube-reported statistics for your own workspace. The initial permission is read-only. Uploads, comments, deletion, automatic publishing and YouTube Analytics reports are not enabled.

Before connecting you must accept these privacy details and the YouTube Terms of Service. By using ATLAS's YouTube connection you agree to be bound by those terms. Google separately asks you to authorize account access. See the Google Privacy Policy.

Authorization access and refresh tokens are encrypted in hosted server storage and associated with your signed-in ATLAS account. They are not returned to the browser or shared with other creators. The operator administers the hosting and encryption system; this is not end-to-end encryption. Your browser receives a secure, HTTP-only authorization cookie lasting up to ten minutes to protect the connection attempt. ATLAS does not ask for your Google password or stream key.

This connector fetches channel identity and statistics from Google on request and does not persist that API metadata or statistics between requests. Google processes the API requests; ATLAS's hosting processes the responses. This data is used for your requested channel connection and workspace features, not sold, used for advertising, shared across creators or sent to AI models for analysis or training. ATLAS will follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Choose Disconnect YouTube in Settings to remove this connector's stored authorization tokens immediately and request Google revocation. This does not delete your YouTube videos, original recordings, ATLAS content drafts, or independently supplied owner analytics snapshots. If Google cannot confirm revocation, ATLAS removes local access and tells you to revoke it through Google Account connections. Revoking a shared Google application may also revoke its other permissions. Invalid access is cleared when a connection check detects revocation.

Full account deletion and questions about privacy remain available at atlas-inquiries@agentmail.to. Do not send credentials. Application configuration and passing automated tests are not Google approval; live authorization, platform review and device testing remain required.

Recording storage

MP4/WebM originals are limited to five shared storage slots and 100 MiB per file per account. Unfinished multipart uploads reserve a slot and can be resumed for 24 hours by reselecting the same original. After expiry, discard the unfinished upload to release its slot. Pausing does not delete saved chunks. They remain in hosted storage until deleted; no automatic expiry is configured. Uploading confirms your ownership or permission. Files are checked for container headers, not scanned for malware or analyzed. Downloads require active access to your account. Keep local originals. In-app file deletion removes only the hosted copy and cannot be undone.

What is not connected

Twitch and YouTube connection backends are implemented for owner setup and live tests. A real connection still requires configured applications and successful creator authorization. Other social connections, VOD processing, automatic publishing, and AI agents remain unavailable. Original MP4/WebM files up to 100 MiB can be uploaded to private recording storage. Atlas review is simulated. The owner's private dashboard and YouTube analytics are not included.

Access and data requests

Beta admission is controlled by the owner and can be revoked. To request removal of your application or workspace data, email atlas-inquiries@agentmail.to. Stored recording copies can be permanently deleted in VOD pipeline. Full application/account deletion remains a support request.

Early software

Features can change during testing. Keep your original media and copies of important drafts. No payment details are collected here and no pricing commitment is made. There are no advertising trackers added by this beta.
